Valeriana wallichi root stocks are aromatic. They yield aromatic oil, which contains valeric acid. It is a very good relaxant and used in insomnia and sleep disorders.

How to use

1 capsule twice a day after meals.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Valerian and you are using it regularly, use it as soon as possible. Do not use 2 doses at once.

There are no know precautions for using Valerian.
